Report a Concern

This page was developed to provide the residents of Mead with the convenience of reporting minor street and traffic issues via the internet. 

The Mead Public Works Department is dedicated to providing the community with the highest level of service possible. Online reports will be sent to our Public Works Department. Be advised that this is a non-emergency report which may not be handled immediately.  

Street Concerns
To report potholes, snow and ice issues, or any street obstruction.

Our goal is to respond to resident requests related to street defects in a timely manner. This includes time for us to assess the problem to determine the appropriate repair needs and responsible party. Colorado Department of Transportation and Weld County are responsible for some roadways near Mead. Repair time may vary dependent upon the extent of the street defect. Not all street defects are potholes and some repairs may be more extensive, requiring more repair time. To ensure that we address the underlying cause in these cases, additional surveys and further investigative work is necessary prior to making any repairs. 

Flooding Issues: report minor flooding of streets, and drainage ways.

Traffic Concerns: report traffic issues, such as missing or damaged street signs.
