October 2023--The Town is nearing completion of the construction documents and will be going out to bid for a general contractor in February 2024. We expect to start construction in the summer of 2024. The final design features an 11,000+ square foot building with a full-sized cross-court gymnasium, multipurpose/programming room, storage rooms, lobby/reception, staff offices, and restrooms. Site development includes paving of the alley, curbs, sidewalks, outdoor space, and parking lot. The site plans also include a splash pad (north of the Community Center), which will likely be phased to 2025.
