March 1, 2022--Broe Real Estate Group (BREG) has announced active development of its fifth national industrial park, Access 25 Logistics Park, located near the intersection of I-25 and CR 34, in Mead.  The 300-acre rail-served park, will be anchored by The Home Depot’s new 386,000 sq. ft. distribution center. The park features dual access rail service by The Broe Group’s rail affiliate, OmniTRAX, making it the closest and only dual rail-served park in the Denver Metro area.

“We are delighted to welcome not only Home Depot, but Access 25 Logistics Park to our community,” stated Mayor Colleen Whitlow. “Mead is becoming an area that major companies are pursuing. Our ideal location continues to attract new projects and we anticipate a significant increase in commercial development over the next few years.”

Access 25 Logistics Park provides multi-modal logistics efficiency from the park’s advantageous location and its optimized interstate and rail access. The park provides development capacity for three million square feet of light industrial warehousing. Access 25 Logistics Park takes its name from its enhanced access to the iconic interstate that connects Colorado’s dynamic urban corridor, Interstate 25. They also provide their tenants with the unique benefit of outdoor storage capacity.

“Home Depot is the second major corporation in the past two years to select the strategic location of Mead,” said Town Manager Helen Migchelbrink. “They join FedEx regional distribution center as a beacon to what our community has to offer. The Home Depot distribution center is a perfect fit in terms of land use, and as Access 25 Logistics Park develops, there will be a multitude of commercial growth that will benefit Mead.”
